The Cosmic Womb
The Cosmic Womb is a tantric creative field of deep reciprocity. It is where sacred creations embody into being. Ascending from the fertile void of your womb, through the temple of your heart, blooming into the world through the magic of your voice.
I work with the body, the womb and the intelligence of flowers. Through this nourishing living field, we tend the fire of your creative emergence together, through somatic and womb work, breathwork, inner child reconnection, intuitive art-making, movement, writing, and creative ceremony.
This is not a container where you are just coached. You are witnessed, met and accompanied by someone who is also an artist, also a woman, also deepening in this work.
What you bring, what you are making, what is inspiring you, what is stirring inside you: is received with full presence and genuine creative understanding.
My work is rooted in relational attunement. I follow you. Every session is a sacred collaboration between your body, your creativity and the Shakti moving through both of us.
I bow to Devi, the primordial womb of creation, for within Her dwells all ancient wisdom, abundance of healing, and the eternal dance of liberation.
With Her by my side, I am here to gently midwife your sacred, intuitive creative process into being.

As you move through this work, the fear of being seen begins to soften. The distrust of your own voice loosens its grip. You begin to create from a place of truth, love, inner authority not performing, not shrinking, not waiting for someone else to validate what you already know.

“I was struggling with noticing and connecting with emotions and physical sensations in my body. I often spiral when I get stuck in my head, and paying attention to my body more helps to ground me in the here and now. I wanted to try a neck-down approach, as talking therapy alone wasn’t shifting any feelings stuck in my body. Our process involved checking in with the body and describing what emotions, images or words were coming up in the moment. What supported me most was feeling safe and held in the space. You don't need certainty. Often there is simply a feeling, a curiosity, a longing, or a sense that something is ready to shift. If you feel drawn to the work, that is enough to begin a conversation, and sense into the space with me.

Not at all. Creativity is not reserved for artists. It is the Shakti- the life force that moves through all of us. Some women come with established creative practices, while others arrive wanting to reconnect with a part of themselves that has long been dormant.

Many women come to this work feeling disconnected from their bodies, intuition, emotions, or creative expression. We begin exactly where you are. There is nothing you need to know, achieve, or access before we start. We begin gently :)

No two sessions are the same. We follow what is most alive and wanting attention in the moment. This might include conversation, somatic inquiry, creative exploration, imagery, parts work, or simply slowing down enough to listen to what your body already knows.

One of the key aspects of facilitating an embodied space is that I need to see your faces and body languages to sense the space and attune to the somatic information that comes from body language.
I kindly ask you to keep your cameras on, you are welcome to switch off for a short time, for instance if you need to pop to the loo, make a cuppa, grab a snack, organise your space etc.
