You have found your way here. Something in you already knows this is the right place.

I am a somatic practitioner, and interdisciplinary artist. I work at the intersection of feminine embodiment, Shakti wisdom, and the creative life force, holding a nourishing field where women come to soften, to trust, and to return to themselves.

My work is not “coaching” in the conventional sense.

When you enter into a container with me, you are entering a nourishing field: a living, breathing space of feminine intelligence and sacred presence. Here, your body is the teacher. Your creativity is the medicine. Your voice is the wisdom. Your felt sense experience is the way.

I work with two kinds of women: the one who is exhausted from striving and has forgotten what it feels like to simply be; and the creative woman on the edge of emergence, who has the vision but not yet the trust to let it be seen.

If you are either of these women, you are in the right place.

A rare and sacred lineage

I am a Sikh-Kenyan-Panjabi woman, born of roots that flow deep into Nairobi, Kenya and Amritsar, Panjab. I carry the wisdom of my Ancestors, my Gurus, and the Shakti that has moved through the women of my lineage long before me.

My mamma (my grandmother) was an artisan. The love of craft, of hands and heart, was imprinted into my being before I had words for it. My brother is an artist and master of Panjabi Jhori.

I grew up held by ancient sounds: Tabla Rhythms, Kirtan, Bhajan, Qawwali, rhythms from around the world. The fragrances of sweet cardamom, fiery ginger and warming cumin from the kitchen. The lingering of woody sandalwood and sweet rose wandering through the spaces in between.

All the seen, felt, tasted, touched, heard - and the in-between frequencies; have shaped my life and live inside the work I hold.

I bow to Shakti, the primordial womb of creation; for within Her dwells all ancient wisdom, infinite healing, and the eternal dance of liberation.

I bow to the Gurus, Sants and Goddesses. I bow to Mother Nature. The moon cycles, trees, flowers, water and earth. I call upon my Ancestors, my Sikh faith, Akal Purakh, and Shakti to guide my work.

My lineage is the foundation of everything I hold.

Lineage is not only ancestral. It also lives in the nervous system: in the stories this body has inherited and the experiences it has survived, adapted to, and healed through.

I have shrunk. I have felt unsafe, unseen, not enough. I have waded through anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I have experienced racism, prejudice and cultural bypassing. I have code-switched and crumbled to pieces.

And in all of it I learned the most important thing: fitting in is not the same as belonging.

I went through it. I shifted. I healed. I am more than my suffering and more than my achievements.

I am whole exactly as I am. And so are you.

When you come to work with me, I want you to feel safe in your body and proud of your roots, to cultivate processes that ground you and increase your capacity for wholesome, non-addictive pleasure.

A Field of Nourishment

My work is rooted in Shakti wisdom, the embodied knowing that the feminine is not passive, but primordial. She is the creative intelligence of the universe, moving through our bodies, our breath, our longing, our grief, our joy, our desires and our creations.

I work with the body, the womb and the intelligence of flowers. This is a field of aliveness, vibrancy, nourishment and deep receiving, where women come to soften, to trust, and to return to themselves. My practice is rooted in Shakti wisdom, somatic healing, inner child reconnection and creative expression.

What I offer is not a programme. It is a nourishing living field that responds to you, to what your body is carrying, what your creative spirit is asking for, what your lineage is ready to release.

My work is for women who desire love, liberation and expansion.

Living a textured life

I taste the world in constellations of textures, colours, fragrance and feeling. When I speak of textures or Textures of Truth … I am speaking of the frequency of energy, the fabric of consciousness that is alive, eternal and ever unfolding.

My artistic practice explores themes of home, constellations of time and connection, layers of longing, roots of belonging and the discovery of sacred dimensions. I am inspired by fellow artists and world-weavers who stand in their truth: Frida Kahlo, Amruta Patil, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Georgia O'Keeffe, David Whyte, Bell Hooks, John O'Donohue, Rukmini Vijayakumar, Rikthika Merchant and many more.

A texture is more than a visual or tactile surface. It is the unseen but felt and interconnected threads of energy that are always in communion with us and with the higher realms. They are a form of language; wisdom flowing from and to us, a deep coding waiting to be received and decoded.

In my art practice and in the spaces I hold with clients, textures are my teachers. I feel and taste the language, methodologies and melodies of your creative process. I am an artist living a textured life and I bring all of that into the field with you.

Training & credentials

I am a certified embodiment coach, trained with The Somatic School — accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am continuing my professional development toward my ACC credentials with the ICF.

My practice is rooted in the body and in Shakti. She who is the magic of the seen and unseen, She who is all movement, all creation, all things.

And yet the deepest learning has never come from a training. It has come from living - from my body, my womb, my lineage, my grief, my joy, my creative practice. Flowers and herbs have been my teachers. The womb has been my compass. This work is a living inquiry for me: embodied, ever-unfolding, rooted in the intelligence of the feminine and the Dharmic wisdom I was born into.

I do not arrive to our sessions with a fixed methodology. I arrive as a woman who is also in the inquiry - present, listening, nourishing and tending the field between us.

I am a clay vessel for the creative Shakti to move through. My roots are deeply held in God.

My work unfolds in the rhythm of flowers.

Slowly. Sensually. In its own time.

My work runs counter to everything the world tells you to value: speed, productivity, output, efficiency. To enter my field is to step out of that current entirely. Here, spaciousness is the practice. Beauty is the medicine. Here, the slower you go, the deeper you arrive.

My work is deeply radical. Not because it is loud or disruptive, but because it is deeply sensual. Because it trusts the rhythm of body and flow of energy, over the clock. Because nourishment, pleasure, aliveness and trust are not things to be earned at the end of a productive day, they are your birthright, available to you now, in this breath, in this body.

Time becomes fluid in my work. Something opens that cannot be named in ordinary language- it can only felt, only lived, only known from the inside.

My work is not a conventional path.

My work is a sensual experience. A portal into a different frequency of being entirely, one that cannot be explained, only tasted and lived.

One woman said it this way: "Beautiful, cosmic and life-giving."

There is no better description than that.
